Sunny Day 6 Payment Schedules and Costs

The payment plan for each apartment depends on whether it is in Phase 1, Phase 2 or Phase 3. And it depends on when you reserve the apartment.

Phase 1 Apartments

Payment for apartments in Phase 1 can be made in 3 ways:

Option 1 - Standard Plan

• A deposit of €1000 per apartment when we reserve an apartment for you
• First payment of 60%, + €500 for air-conditioner/heater, minus €1000 deposit by 5th June, 2012.
• Second payment of 20% by 5th July, 2012.
• Final payment of 20% by 5th August, 2012.

Option 2 - One Year Payment Plan

• A deposit of €1000 per apartment when we reserve an apartment for you
• First instalment of 30%, plus €500 for air-conditioner/heater, within 4 weeks of the deposit
• The rest of the price (70%) in 11 monthly instalments
• €1000 deposit is deducted from the 5th monthly instalment

Option 3 - Two Year Payment Plan

You must buy a furniture pack if you use the Two Year Payment Plan.

• Deposit of €1000 per apartment when we reserve an apartment for you
• First instalment of 30%, plus €500 for air-conditioner/heater within 4 weeks of the deposit
• Second instalment of 10% after 2 months
• The rest of the price (60%) in 8 instalments. The instalments are paid every 2 months for 16 months.
• €1000 deposit is deducted from the 5th instalment
• One half of the price of the furniture pack must be sent with 1st payment and one half must be sent with the 2nd payment

If you buy an apartment in Phase 1 you can use it after you have paid the Compulsory Fees. Ownership of the apartment will be given to you after all the instalments, plus fees and taxes, have been paid.

Phase 2 Apartments

Buildings CR21, CR32, AR33, D34, AL35, AL36, D37, D38, AR39, CL40, D41, D42, AR43 & CR44:

• Deposit of €1000 per apartment after when we reserve an apartment for you
• First payment of 40%, + €500 for air-conditioner/heater by 5th June, 2012.
• Second payment of 40% by 5th September, 2012.
• Third payment of 10% by 5th January, 2013.
• Final payment of 10%, minus €1000 deposit by 30th April, 2012.

Buildings AR22, D23, D24, AL25, B26, D27, AL28, AR29, D30 & AL31:

• Deposit of €1000 per apartment after when we reserve an apartment for you
• First payment of 30%, + €500 for air-conditioner/heater (+ €480 laminate floors [optional]) by 5th June, 2012.
• Second payment of 30% (+ €480 bathroom fitments [optional]) by 5th September, 2012.
• Third payment of 20% by 5th January, 2013.
• Final payment of 20%, minus €1000 deposit by 31st January, 2013.

Phase 3 Apartments

Buildings BA45 & BB46:

• Deposit of €1000 per apartment after when we reserve an apartment for you
• First payment of 40%, + €500 for air-conditioner/heater by 5th June, 2012.
• Second payment of 40% by 5th September, 2012.
• Third payment of 10% by 5th January, 2013.
• Final payment of 10%, minus €1000 deposit by 30th April, 2012.

Ownership of the apartment will be given to you after all the instalments, plus fees and taxes, have been paid.
