Fixtures and Fittings in Sunny Day 6 Apartments
Most of the apartments at Sunny Day 6 are for sale without furniture. If you like, you can buy one of the furniture packs (standard or luxury furniture) when you reserve the apartment, or you can buy one later. A few apartments are sold with a standard furniture pack already included in the price - and our price lists make it easy for you to see which ones.
Unfurnished apartments at Sunny Day 6 have:
- Painted walls and ceilings
- Windows frames - uPVC
- Doors that lead to the outside - uPVC
- Inside doors - MDF
- Cable TV point
- Telephone point
- Air conditioner/heater for both summer & winter use - €500 additional cost
Furnished apartments at Sunny Day 6 have everything shown in the list above, and everything in a standard furniture pack. Of course you can pay a small extra amount and have a luxury furniture pack instead.
Putting in Your Own Fittings
You can buy most of the apartments either with or without laminate floors, ceramic tiles or bathroom fitments. The builders will supply and fit all these items for a cost of €960 per apartment. If you prefer, you can buy floor coverings, tiles and fitments from the local shops and put them into the apartment yourself.
